Hochschwarzwald Card

As a partner of the guest card system, we provide this card free of charge for stays of 2 nights or more. With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can design your holiday individually according to your wishes – with up to 100 complimentary experiences.

Each included service can now be used once per person per stay free of charge
The card is valid from the day of arrival and also on the day of departure
For the Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee, an exclusive 2-hour ticket for the Galaxy and Palm Oasis areas can be booked for an additional fee
A Feldberg Experience Ski Ticket (3-day ticket) can be redeemed within 5 days at a reduced price of €99 per adult and €69 per child. This ticket is only bookable online via mein.hochschwarzwald.de

KONUS Card

Free Travel by Bus & Train with the KONUS Card

The holiday region of the Black Forest is vast and offers a diverse landscape.

With the KONUS Card, which you receive upon arrival, you can use buses and trains free of charge between Pforzheim and Basel as well as Karlsruhe and Waldshut. This allows you to conveniently reach your hiking routes, excursion destinations, or shopping trips without needing a car.

How to Receive Your Hochschwarzwald Card

After booking, you will receive a link with your booking confirmation. Through this link, you can submit your personal details, as well as information about your fellow travellers, your preferences, and any general requests relevant to your stay.

Once you have completed and returned this checklist, you will receive a registration link from the Hochschwarzwald Tourism Association a few days before arrival. This link allows you to register on the guest platform mein.hochschwarzwald.de, where your digital Hochschwarzwald Card will be activated. You can then view basic services shortly before your holiday and book additional premium services.

How to obtain your QR code:
After registration on the guest platform, you can download your QR code to your mobile phone. The QR code for basic services only needs to be downloaded once and will then be automatically valid for your entire stay. If you book additional premium services, you will receive a separate QR code for each person and each service.

Important notes:

Unused services cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
The Hochschwarzwald Card is valid on either the arrival or departure day and can be used for a full day per night of stay
For questions regarding services, opening hours, and conditions, the responsible contact is the Hochschwarzwald Tourism Association

Fun and Action at Fundorena Indoor Playground

Right next to the holiday apartment complex you will find the indoor sports hall “Fundorena” – a paradise for everyone who loves fun and movement. Whether in sunshine or bad weather, there is action for the whole family!

This unique indoor adventure facility offers a wide range of attractions across more than 4,000 m². It features a high ropes course with nine climbing routes, a trampoline area, and a bouldering wall. Test your skills or experience weightlessness in the freestyle jump area with trampolines.

Tip for using Fundorena

All guests should activate the QR codes for the Hochschwarzwald Card before their first visit to Fundorena.
Each guest receives one free entry per stay for two attractions (1 hour each) offered via the Hochschwarzwald Card:

1× Indoor high ropes course
1× Trampoline park or bouldering area

Both activities may be used on the same day (if capacity allows) or separately on two different days, with 1 hour per session.
